BMP Terbuka is a browser-extension utility that makes material users already have legitimate access to more convenient to study as searchable PDFs.
Product
The problem is workflow friction: material may be accessible, but search, per-module storage, resume, and export can still be inconvenient. BMP Terbuka addresses that with local OCR/PDF processing, cache/resume, community support, and an open-source client.
Traction
Public metrics must use correct definitions such as observed installations, active installations over a defined period, community members, and release/download counts. Pseudonymous installation identities must not be presented as verified human users.
Distribution
Microsoft Edge Add-ons is the target for Edge Desktop and Android once the official listing URL is verified. GitHub Releases remains the manual distribution surface.
Business model
Supporter contributions, sponsorship, advertising, partnerships, and potential investment. No fabricated pricing, revenue, valuation, or TAM.
Technology and governance
The extension is open source; production backend/infrastructure is private. Document pages, OCR text, and PDFs stay local-first. Advertisers do not receive user identities or private per-user telemetry.
The private source repository is not automatically an investor data room.
